This blog asks the question 'Can we feed our village?' Our particular village is Bosque Farms, NM in the Rio Grande Valley south of Albuquerque. But it could just as easily be a question asked of your 'village'.
Don't we all love good food? How about food that you produced yourself? What if you could find food in your community that was actually produced by your neighbors or local farms? Either at a restaurant or shop? I know I'd buy that before I went down the road to buy something ultra processed that had traveled hundreds -if not thousands of miles- burning billions of gallons of petrol just to get here. Lets keep it simple and probably have a lot of fun along the way. What do you grow? How can we grow and cook more to share with our friends and neighbors?
